Chief Jason Hiatt

Chief Hiatt joined the Elm Springs Police Department in September of 2000.

He was appointed Chief of Police in August of 2007 by Mayor Jane Waters.

Sergeant Curt Eichel

Sergeant Eichel joined the Elm Springs Police Department in November of 2005.

He was promoted to the rank of Sergeant in January of 2009

In addition to his general patrol duties, Sgt. Eichel also serves as the departments Criminal Investigator.

Patrolman Brian Biscamp

Ptl. Brian Biscamp joined the Elm Springs Police Department in September 2008.  He has several years of Law Enforcement experience and is a certified police instructor.

Ptl. Nichols came to the Elm Springs Police Department in March 2008.  He has over 22 years of Law Enforcement experience and holds several specialized certifications.
