REQUEST A REPORT
You may use this section to request a copy of any police report made by this department and available to the public in accordance with the Arkansas F.O.I.A.
We strive to be in compliance with the FOIA and this link is intended to supplement our efforts toward compliance, not to replace our established policies on releasing information. Official FOIA request are to be made through the City Clerks Office at 289 Jayroe Ave., Elm Springs, AR 72728 or by phone at (479)248-7323.
Once a request is made on this site, you should recieve a response within (72) seventy-two hours. If you do not recieve a response in (72) seventy-two hours, or if you need the information immediatly, please contact us by phone at (479)248-7323 or in person at the Police Department.
Accident Reports: State law provides for a $10 fee to be paid for copies of accident reports. Accident Reports (excluding private property reports) may be obtained through the Clerks office or purchased instantly by clicking here.
Reports requested on this page will be e-mailed to you in Adobe format, or if requested, faxed to you. If you require any other format or means of delivery, please make the request through the Clerks Office.
In order to process your request, please provide us with the following: Requestor: Name Email Address Phone Number Requested Report Information: (include as much info as possible) Report Number Date of Occurance Investigating Officer Parties Involved Location of Incident Anything else that may assist us in locating the requested report.
